Our products are registered as other medicinal products by NeBIH (National Food Chain Safety Office) and are not considered as veterinary medicinal products (veterinary drugs) but can be used as adjunctive treatment for animal diseases due to their beneficial biological effects.

With the confirmation of the submitted Order Form by K9-Immun LLC, a sales contract is concluded between you as the buyer and K9-Immun LLC as the seller. By placing an order, you declare that you accept these General Terms and Conditions and that you are bound by them. We shall not be liable for any delivery delays or other problems or errors due to incorrect and/or inaccurate information provided during the ordering process.
By confirming the order, we undertake to deliver the ordered product to you in the manner chosen by you, in accordance with the Terms of Delivery.
Product price, payment methods
The prices shown in the webshop are always per item and include VAT, but do not include the cost of delivery. K9-Immun LLC reserves the right to change the prices of the products ordered from the Website, provided that the change will take effect at the same time as the products are displayed in the webshop. The change will not adversely affect the purchase price of products already ordered.

Payment by Paypal You can pay for your order on Paypal’s secure payment interface. After clicking on the “finalize the order” button, you will be redirected to the Paypal payment interface. If you have a Paypal account, you can pay the amount through the account after logging in. Ordering procedure, delivery
Add the desired product to your shopping cart. You are free to change the contents of the Cart and the quantity of products.
When finalizing your order, please provide your shipping, billing and contact details. Here you will also have the opportunity to select your payment and delivery method.
During the ordering process, you can see in real time the details you have provided, the payment and delivery method you have chosen, the product(s) you have chosen and the amount you are paying. Clicking on the “Submit Order” button will complete the order process. You will be informed by e-mail that the order has been placed; the e-mail only records the placing of the order and does not create a sales contract.
The order is considered as an offer. K9-Immun LLC will send a confirmation of the acceptance of the offer and the delivery of the ordered goods within 2 working days after the receipt of the order. In all cases, the contract is concluded with the confirmation of acceptance by K9 Immune LLC. In the event that the ordered goods are out of stock, K9-Immun LLC reserves the right not to accept the order.
Once the order has been confirmed, the product will be packed and delivered to the address you have specified. You will be informed of the delivery to the courier service and the expected delivery date by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw, referring to the product and the order reference number, by post, fax or e-mail to the following address. You will exercise your right of withdrawal within the time limit if you send your notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the time limit indicated above. K9-Immun LLC. is obliged to refund the purchase price paid, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund does not apply to the cost of shipping or the cost of returning the product, which is entirely borne by you. The right of withdrawal applies only to products returned UNOPENED, in original packaging, together with the original invoice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back.

Please note that you have the right to pursue any claim you may have in court.
Product warranty, warranty obligation
In the event of defective performance, K9-Immun LLC may assert a claim for warranty against K9-Immun LLC in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code. You may choose to make the following claims for warranty of convenience.
You may request a repair or replacement, unless the fulfilment of the chosen request is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional costs for K9-Immun LLC compared to the fulfilment of your other request. If you have not requested or could not request the repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction in the consideration or you may have the defect repaired or replaced by another party at K9-Immun LLC’s expense or, in the last resort, you may withdraw from the contract.
You can switch from one warranty right to another, but you will be responsible for the cost of the switch, unless it was justified or K9-Immun LLC gave a reason for it.
You are obliged to report the error immediately after discovering it, but no later than within two months of discovering the error. At the same time, you may no longer assert your accessory warranty rights beyond the two-year statute of limitations from the date of execution of the contract.
You may assert a warranty claim against K9-Immun LLC. Within six months from the date of performance, there are no other conditions for asserting a warranty claim other than the notification of the defect. However, after six months from the date of performance, you will have the burden of proving that the defect you have discovered existed at the time of performance.
As a product warranty claim, you can only ask for the defective product to be repaired or replaced.
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market or if it does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer.
You have two years from the date on which the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer to make a product warranty claim. After this period, you lose this right. You can only exercise your product warranty rights against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove that the product is defective if you want to claim under a product warranty.
The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from the product warranty obligation if he can prove that: (i) the product was not manufactured or placed on the market in the course of his business, or (ii) the defect was not detectable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing on the market, or (iii) the defect in the product results from the application of a legal or regulatory provision. The manufacturer (distributor) need only prove one ground for exemption.
In the event of a defect in the product, you can choose to exercise your right to a warranty claim or a product warranty claim. You cannot claim both a warranty and a product warranty for the same defect at the same time. However, if your product warranty claim is successful, you may assert your accessory warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The order and the contract shall be governed exclusively by Hungarian law, and any dispute relating to the products we distribute, the interpretation or performance of the order or the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent and competent Hungarian courts.
